Trouw on the holiday returns wave
Trouw covered the post-holiday return wave and how Forwarding reroutes items to a new buyer before they reach the warehouse.

Trouw came back to us for a second feature, this time focused on what happens to returns after the holiday season. January and February are the peak return months for fashion retailers: higher volume, higher percentage of boxed-gift items, and a disproportionate share of write-offs.
The article walks through the numbers with live data from our clients, showing how Forwarding absorbs a meaningful share of the peak: roughly 43% of eligible returns are rerouted to a new buyer instead of going back to the warehouse. That shifts the cost curve at exactly the moment retailers feel it most.
